10/22/2017, was the first time visiting Lousiana Seafood my niece and myself informed the cashier that it was our first time visiting. Our experience was not a warm one, as a matter of fact the person on the cash register was not helpful at all. First impressions are lasting, the person lacked good customer service we will never step foot in that establishment again. Need a frontline person who understands you must greet the people with a pleasant attitude.

The poboy bread is too doughy. Being from New Orleans, I know what a poboy should taste like, and this wasn't it. The oysters weren't fried or seasoned well. The shrimp was good though. The service was poor. The person taking orders was talking on a Bluetooth while taking orders. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

They usually have fresh seafood made to order. Usually no complaints. Yet the last time we went the cashier obviously had a cold and kept wiping her nose with her hands not once stopping to wash them. Anyone dealing with customers should have hand sanitizer readily available. I politely asked for the manager to ring up my food. Very unsanitary

From Baltimore use to fish tasting like it came straight from the water to the pan. Love the fish and it never taste fishy. Always piping hot. They change the cooking oil often which you can tell by the taste and smell. And they do not overpower the fish with so much seasoning that you can't taste the fish. Never had a problem with service and yes the guy who takes the order never looks happy; but he has never been rude, always shows me my food which I like to insure order is correct. Fish & shrimp, Cole slaw & fries for $14 and I can never eat it all.
