My two 20lbs. dogs love this park, but it is large enough for a dog of any size. There are two sides, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. The space is large enough to play fetch and the neighborhood is quiet.

Cute and locally run dog park. Great place to bring your dog for some social time. Don't forget to donate!!!!

This park could be great. But, it lacks attention to some dog park details. Because the park is sloped, water run-off is a problem - leaving many exposed roots and rocks. This creates some safety issues for both dogs and their humans. There are a couple of benches, but a table or too is needed to allow for the humans to do human stuff whiles dogs do dog stuff. It is spacious and they do have separate areas for big and small dogs. But the dinger is parking. I'm sure there's some political reason why it doesn't exist, but come on. While I live near-by and walking to the park isn't an issue - there just isn't any excuse. And the area adjacent and leading to the park is a law-suit waiting to happen (which puts the park at risk). So...since it is about the dogs...it's just OK.

You can park on the street on Highland. Just be careful you don't park in from of a driveway or fire hydrant, and look for the parking restriction signs near intersections. It's a big park with plenty of room for the dogs to run. Most of it is grass or mulch, but there are some patches of dirt. Good trees for shade in the hot Atlanta summer.

Nice place to take your dog to run around. Street parking only and it has large dog, small dog sections.
