Dinner had little flavor. We ordered 2 different drinks and they tasted the same and actually weren't that good.

As a child of the 80s, French Polynesia food was sold at the exotic treat. This place has shown up top notch time and time again over the years.

I love trader Vic's. The food is so good, and the retro interior and delightful tackiness is such adorable fun. Milenko is easily the best barkeep in town.

I took my parents to Trader Vic"s last night and everything was going well until I paid for our meal. My bill was one price and once they brought me my receipt it read something else. I asked what was going on I was told that, " oh, some of the banks does that...I asked, what bank charge a person's card 25 percent more? I told them I work at a bank and this not true. Then they said, oh, not all banks just some. I asked for the manager and she said, " the hotel charges this and they have gotten so many complaints they are trying to get a different system from the hotel. I called my bank and explain the situation and she told me that the charge was manually put in by the restaurant. I looked around at the other patrons who weren't African American and they were paying their bills with no problem, no Complaints ... I told the manager what they are doing is wrong and leaves a bitter taste and we are getting a clear picture on what is going on... She said, sometime when people pay for their food and add a tip, their card is declined and the waiter/ waitress don't get paid. The racial profiling this establishment practice is HORRIFIC and PEOPLE who are with "Certain" banks BEWARE!!!!!
