I've always looked at Wendy's as different from BK, McD, and HarDs... More of a mature theme hamburger fast food restaurant. I frequent Wendy's 5 to 1 over the others.

They got my order wrong. They charged me double for fries and drinks...Then when I said something the black guy got an attitude with me and said"raggedy ass redneck ain't got no money" when I decided that I just wanted a refund he started yelling at me and tried to fist fight me in the parking lot. Worse customer service ever.

The food is good but they need to work on their customer service skills. I was at the drive thru and asked "how much is a large fry?". The cashier replies "its on the board". Smh got to do better Wendy's. I had just came from the eye doctor and my vision was still adjusting. I just pulled off and went to chick-fil-a. If you're that lazy when it comes to reading prices, I know my food order won't be right. No thanks!
