Management is more concerned with the drive thru than those parked in the bays. Tried to talk with mgmt and the little wiener wouldn't come to the door. Sent a message to corporate. They obviously don't care either. No response.

Came to Sonic at 11:30 on a UGA gameday. Waited for 15 minutes at a car spot and continuously pressed the red button with no service, so we thought it was a glitch since they are open to 12, and pulled into another parking spot. Soon overheard a worker telling the customers sitting down that they were no longer serving food. So we frustratingly pulled out and around the building to then see that they were still serving food from the drive-thru but due to layout design we could not wrap around. Left upset and hungry.

Great place, good food, good value, fun relaxing environment. Great place for family and kids. Dine in, outdoor seating, drive thru, and car hop service. Friendly servers. Just a great experience.

Recently my family visited your restaurant and ordered but our order was mistakenly given to a customer in drive thru. We waited for 30+ minutes for our order and only learned what happened because we pressed the button to ask if we had been forgotten. The girl who answered the call rudely said, "Well, I didn't take your order". I'm assuming it was the shift manager who finally came out to address us and told us our order would be right out. The burger was cold! I was so disappointed. We should've left!!! No discount or nothing for our trouble.
