We have been waiting 50+ minutes and still no pizza. Always pre-heat your oven if you order from Papa John's Baxter St. location. Still waiting....

I have ordered pappa johns frequently through my online account for the past 5 years and I recently contacted the store regarding a poor quality order that I received last week for which they said they will credit us onto our account. However, we did not receive the credit online and when we called the store regarding this, they said they could not find my account details in their system and just hung up the phone. They were not even willing to listen to the additional details that I was going to give them either. This is horrible customer service that shows how careless and rude they are to their frequent loyal customers. I am not buying any more food items from Papa Johns and especially from that store with rude employees. We are paying money for the food, not free, so they should provide atleast decent customer service. If there are no customers, they would have no job!

Easily the worst experience I have had at any restaurant period. I called in my order and the employee that I talked to on the phone was initially very helpful. I had asked if a deal that I had seen was still running and I was told that it was and that my pizza, which I had custom made, would be ready in ~15 minutes. I arrive to pick up my pizza and disaster strikes. Apparently my order was never even put in the system, one of the ingredients I had on my pizza was not carried in the store anymore, and the deal I was told about was NOT active anymore. I tried to place my order in-store and was told it would be ~40 minutes. I left and will never use that store again. Went next door to Pizza Hut and thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful pizza.
