I had to get a special compound medicine for my son that couldn’t be filled at a chain pharmacy. Hawthorne’s could do it, and they were quick and friendly. I appreciate the great service. I’ll definitely use them again.

They had the item I needed when 3 other drugstores didn't, and they held it for me. Decent price and friendly staff. 10/10 would shop again.

Always a long wait at the drive-thru! Instead of having people pull around, so others can pick RXs up they let people sit at the window for a half hour while they fill their script. That kinda of makes the drive-thru pointless. Communication isn't a strong point for them either - the only reason we continue to use them is for compound medications.
