They suck! They ignore calls when you call to check on lab work. They have poor costumer service

Thanks to each and everyone of you that made me feel like I was only a drug seeking 61 year old nutball when I dealt with you in the last few days. I did need something. And I bet each and everyone of you have a Xanax or Valium or whatever in times of severe stress you take yourself or give to a relative. I would bet my life on it. So don't give me that addiction speak when you know darnn well I truely did need some help. No one should have to pay the cost of a hospital visit for someone in anguish. So don't worry I'll see if my "contact" has anything or hang out on the street corner next time I have a rage flair up coming on.

I'm honestly very confused as to what goes on at this clinic. They have 2 separate sign in sheets which I assume one is for doctor's appointments and the other is for drug screening. I'm sitting here waiting to be screened because my school only allows it here and I have been waiting for 1.5 hours. This is by far the slowest drug screening waiting I have had to go through. And they seem to pull back one patient every 40 minutes.

I'm sitting here waiting to be screened because my school only allows it here and I have been waiting for 1.5 hours. This is by far the slowest drug screening waiting I have had to go through. And they seem to pull back one patient every 40 minutes.

Ugh! Called to see if I could get a test done and they said I could. I get there and after I pay and all they say they can't do it until another time (it has to go through insurance first)
So I go to do whatever and they make me get blood labs done (I'm here for a computer test) and are super rude and unprofessional. The doctor kept asking me the same question and none of my answers were good enough for her. She looked at me and made assumptions about me and was rude. Nothing made since or was explained. I didn't get a good answer for WHY I had to get blood drawn. I stuck through it and decided I would just go back for my test then never go again.
They told me to come back 2 days later and I decided to come back 6 days later.
Today they called 20 minuets before my appointment time and told me they actually never put the test through my insurance (they were supposed to do this 6 days ago) and I have to reschedule. I took off work for this and they were too irresponsible to send a form to my insurance.
Also had bad experience at Reddy urgent care down town
