I don't see Sylvia anymore, I wish I did! I stopped due to the long travel distance from my house and my personal situation (which is now 100% better). She really helped me along in my time of crisis. She made me see the bigger picture of things and assured me that I wasn't going crazy (even if at times it feels like it). I can't recommend her enough, anytime anyone seeks mental health help I say her name and give them her number. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hour appointment flies by. Sylvia really helped get my life together.
