This is a review on the GROOMING services of this location and nothing else.
We have had now 2 BAD experiences. We have a puppy that is large and has a lot of energy but if you love on him he will be calm and well behaved. And yet they told us they would need to have us pay more next time because they needed two people to groom him. Ok. If two people were apparently grooming him, why is it the worst grooming job I have ever seen? His legs look like they didn't touch him, there is long groups of hair way longer than anything else. Hair hanging over the paws and roughing the floor. I don't think they ever roughed his ears and his tail (which I asked them to trim) was barely touched. Completely unacceptable when it costs that much money.
Last month when he went in he received an a+ on his grooming and we were told he was a great dog, this time, different groomer and COMPLETELY different notes. Don't just tell me how horrible my dog is when I pick him up. I am paying you a LOT of money. No consistency. Poor customer service to owners and dogs alike. Sorely dissappointed and will not be going back.

From scheduling our appointment to checking out at the door our experience was excellent... very down-to-earth, gentle, personable people. I don't ever like leaving Two Way, but I had total piece that I was leaving him in good hands.

Worst experience I have encountered with this location ever! It started with the sales clerk on the day of check in. Very rude and not customer service friendly. It was never you could bring their bedding and toys from home. I noticed another client checking in with their pet own personal property; so return home to get my pets own things so that they would have a reminder of home. Well when I pick them up today one bedding was ripped up from bottom to top and no one said anthing or noted in their report card. And one toy was missing. I returned to get missing toy and told the clerk about the torn bedding. Manager was paged but didn't come. I left and will never used this location again!

I needed a hair cut for my dog and it was a last minute call. I spoke to Tiffany(one of the groomers) she made my appointment that same day. She was very kind and helpful. She also cut my dog's hair and it looks wonderful. She knew exactly what kind of cut that I want for my dog. Thank you so much Tiffany and Sarah for doing a great job on my little Cookie :) If anybody is looking for a haircut for your dogs and needed a late appointment or needed to get them in for a nail trim. I highly recommend everyone taking their dog there to be groom.
