The portions were very ample, and quaility was excellent, and the staff attentive. I had the chicken fried steak with a baked potato. I will definitely be coming back!!

Their chicken fried steak was horrible and the place is nasty and run down. Not what it used to be. The only reason I gave one star was their gunbo was really good.

The restaurant has a nice southern charm. The staff is friedly. Prices aren't bad for what you get. Food is about average, but takes a little while to make it to the table.

I absolutely love this place. For breakfast or lunch/dinner.
Their Southern Omelette is BOMB.
But my absolute favorite is the Deluxe Rainbow Trout! So good! And the black eyed peas are great. I only wish they would start serving collard greens or cabbage as a side. And it would be 6 stars lol.

Great food and service. Fantastic breakfast options, and a breakfast special served on weekends until 2pm for $7, eggs were done perfectly. The restaurant appears to be a renovated house, nothing fancy. Waitresses and hostesses are very nice and attentive. I've been here at least 10 times. Chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken and other southern foods available. Their grilled pork chops are fantastic.
