Definitely one of the best in the metroplex. I have been eating there for nearly 30 years.

Loved this place. Atmosphere is awesome. Good down you earth people. One stop shop. Used to be on Sherman street before they renamed it.

There were so many good reviews I thought that surely any negative ones were just folks being salty for some reason or another, but this is definitely NOT a 5 star joint. When you don't smell smoke and they have meat out that's already been smoked, something is very wrong. The ribs were dry (probably from this last weekend and just warmed up). They didn't ask what sides I wanted, just gave me potato salad and pinto beans, and when I asked for a to go plate (my dog enjoys ribs whether they are awful or not) they gave me a piece of tin foil. They are sweet ppl and I don't like to say bad things about their business, but I don't want someone else to discover that all of the 5 star reviews are just building it up to be something that's not even close to 5 stars.
