Tried calling 3 different times and I was transferred this last time to someone and she puts me on hold. I sit there for 7 minutes on hold before I hear her talking with someone about how to transfer me to someone else. I say hello and no one responds they put me back on hold. Another minute passes and once again I hear her talking to someone and they say something about hanging up and then they hang up on me. Do yourself a favor, go with the actual insurance company instead of a 3rd party agent.
