I have waited several months to write a review of Arlington Solis. First, I am forever grateful to the radiologist who reviewed my films and ultimately made a breast cancer diagnosis. The bad news was made better because I received it early enough to have lots of options. The staff members were fine, my issue is with the billing policies.
Solis has done my mammograms for over 25 years. The issue I have with Arlington Solis is that by moving across the street they are now affiliated with Medical City Hospital. My screening mammogram was covered with my usual copay. Once I had a call back for a diagnostic mammogram, ultrasound and ultimately a biopsy, my bill to Medical City was several hundred dollars while still paying Solis separately. I never set foot inside the hospital. I found out too late that if I had gone to a free standing facility (like the Arlington facility was when it was across the street) I could have saved over $700.00. I suggest that you make the short drive to Bedford Solis. The hospital is across the street from that location so their fees are much more reasonable. I am very thankful to be cancer free, but I do believe vulnerable consumers are being overcharged because of the location of the center.

Please do not come to this place. If you go to this place you are going to regret it. You will receive a crazy bill. I have insurance and I just went there last month for a screening mammogram and today I receive my bill. After the insurance, I had to pay $314.70 yes after my insurance. I call other places that do mammogram and ask them about the price without insurance. They told me $130.00. They charged you for a facility of a hospital fee? They are now own by medical city which is aka medical center of Arlington which has a very bad reputation about ripping people off. Please tell your friends, love one, friends, family members...DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. IT IS HORRIBLE. TRUST ME! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They charged $650 for a mammogram which you can go somewhere and get it done for $130.00...don't just go somewhere else....RUN RUN RUN FROM SOLIS AKA MEDICAL CITY....

They are fast and thorough here. I don't think most people know you can valet park and they'll validate your ticket. Parking has nothing to do with the quality of service you receive or the people who try to make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Solis calls to remind me to schedule my yearly mammogram, and I appreciate that. Also, I'm truly grateful for the $99 coupon since I don't have insurance. Without the coupon, I wouldn't be able to afford the luxury of getting a mammogram. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

I'm not happy that they moved into the hospital. I liked it separate. I haven't been there since they moved and I'm not looking forward to my upcoming appointment because of it. I was at the hospital ER not long ago and couldn't find parking. When I finally did trucks parked on both sides of me when I came out and I couldn't get into my car. I've since bought a new car and I'm paranoid to go. And I'm not willing to let valet park either. I just might cancel like last time. This is too stressful for someone with anxiety.
