The best customer service ever! I had less than 2 months before my wedding and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in helping me select and get the dress that I wanted. I had attempted to check out other bridal stores prior but no one could compare to Lang's Bridal Customer service. 2 weeks before my wedding I got really sick and lost 10-15 lbs. Lang's Bridal was able to make the alterations in such a short notice just in time for my wedding. My dress was perfect for my wedding. Thank you Lang's Bridal for being a part of one of the best moments in my life.

The dress was amazing and I have received so many complements on it. I bought it off the rack so it had to be taken in quite a bit but they made it look like it was made especially for me. Their selection of dresses and designers was great as well! I would highly recommend getting your dress at Lang's Bridal!

I had an amazing experience at Langs bridal! First, the staff are absolutely amazing! Theresa is so personable and a natural talent and truly a gift to everybody she meets. My wedding dress is beautiful and every step in the process has been seamless. If I could do it all again, it would be exactly the same. I feel like the staff at Langs are like family and it's been a blessing getting to interact with them throughout this wedding planning process! Thank you for all the superb work you do!
Oh, and the fact that the alterations are done in house is so helpful and takes a load of stress and pressure off the process!
Go to Langs, you won't regret it!

The BEST dress buying experience!! We were referred to Lang's by a friend that bought her dress there. We had 3 disappointing appointments with other bridal boutiques that had fancier shops, but all lacked customer service skills. We called Lang's at the last minute for an appointment and they were lovely from start to finish. That was for my oldest daughter. Here we are 3 years later with the next daughter and we made 1 appointment ONLY for buying a dress and it was with Lang's. Their service is outstanding, they are incredibly friendly and warm. You can tell they are passionate about their customers. Plus they have great selection and prices. Don't go anywhere else!
