The food and service is always phenomenal here at Ghengis Mongolian Grill. The staff is super sweet and efficient and the overall atmosphere is great 👍

I am always happy when I eat here. It does get busy and wait times for food varies but overall very consistent.

The atmosphere is nice and calm. The waitress I had was very personable and helpful. Food wise, if you plan on ordering to go, dont. - tell them you are dining in, and pack it up yourself. The difference in food portions are incredibly different. Over all, it's okay.

I went to this establishment on Sun. around 3 o'clock. The waitress was awesome: she explained how to order from the menu and was patient with me through the ordering process. She was also very informative about the sauces and spices that could be used to create my very own/custom dish.
The food was very tasty, and I appreciate the set-up of customer ordering.
Patrons of this establishment receive a bowl to place whatever ingredients: meats/veggies preferred--to create a great meal.
I will definitely go back to this restaurant whenever I'm in Pineville.
Literally having a choice to make my own meal with a surplus/variety of food items makes this experience worth while!!

Okay, first of all this place has good food and we eat here all the time. With that being said, i have been to this place 3 to 4 times at 11:00 a.m.
up until 11:15 a.m. The place opens at 11:00 a.m. and they are never
ready, last time was July 5, 2017. There was no food out and it was 11:15
a.m. My party walked out and ate elsewhere as did several others that
had been waiting since 11 on their lunch break. I have tried to contact
the manager, but never is in, go figure why service sucks!!!!!!!!! Either
open at 11 ready to go or don't, folks can't wait on you. Other than this
i have no complaints, but has happened numerous times..
