The process was efficient and clear. I will definitely be a loyal customer! Once I trust a business, I need not shop around. I trust this place!
Kyle's is one of the body repair shops that works directly with my auto insurance carrier and it is close to my house, so when my (then brand-new) 2013 Chevy Silverado was severely damaged by one of those red-light-running drivers, I took it to Kyle's. Long story short, they did an excellent job putting my truck back into as-new condition, including replacing the entire FRAME. Part of what made their service attractive is their guarantee on their work.
Their warranty is not bad! I also advised there were some minor scratches I wanted to bring in vehicle and called them to state I will bring in after holidays and they were fine with that. I recommend - 2 thumbs up!

This place is incredible. I brought my car here for repair after a hit and run at the recommendation of my insurance company. The place is huge--but every single person I came across made customer service key. The service was fast and performed without flaw. From making sure my car was clean and presentable when given back to me to the porter service they provided when I needed a ride from drop off and to pick up, you can tell these people care about you and your experience with them. In an industry where unfair quotes and poor customer service run rampant, this business stands out in the best way. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!
