I took my pet here who was in dire need of attention and they turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. I took her to another vet who rushed her in because they recognized the signs of her emergency. She ended up passing away. It reallllly sucks that Petsmart could have given her the medical attention she needed alot sooner to save her life! I'll never go back for vet visits here

I like the way they took care of my wife pet they took care of her very very well they let me know everything it is a good place to go to take care of all the needs that you need for your pets

Extremely expensive! They didn't have any of the items needed for my kittens. Wow, is it expensive. Pet Land & Walmart had items. Was strange Pet Smart has so much & yet common sense items were not there! Staff & salespeople were nice, place is clean, hope they're paid well!

The staff is always very helpful and they always acknowledge my 3 fur babies. The prices are a bit high but it is what it is. The bathroom here is always dirty, Not recommended you use it. I think they should have some type of inserts for the carts since some people put their pets in them and it seems the holes hurt their feet. They offer pet training, hotel and doggy daycare believe... and also grooming. I tried the grooming but got upset because my groomer never showed up till 30 min later, so I never went back because of the lack of respect of no notification. Overall it's a good store with some pet loving peeps...i continue to shop here.

Took my dog for a bath and was happy with the service. He came out looking great and smelling great. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because of the way the put the leash on. I've always walked my dog one a harness dog he's comfortable. The take the leash and just loop it around the dogs neck. This is a possible choking hazard for the dog and can hurt them. They need to find a better way.
