Great selection on the buffet, always clean, reasonable price and the owners are very friendly.

Been coming here for years. Over the last 5 years there has been a steep decline in quality. I always used to say if you didn't like Souper Salad you were the dummy who built your salad so blame yourself. But it has changed. At one time you had choice of imitation bacon bits or real. Not no more. Bell peppers used to be sliced nice and thim and it used to be an assortment of yellow red and green now it's only monsters chunks of green bell pepper. The carrots were nice and a thin julienne cut now it's big carrot chunks. The macaroni and cheese used to be nice creamy and yellow and now it's getting watery with a tinge of yellow. The basic soup always available was vegetable beef. No more beef. No more pepper mill at the vinigar section. The cornbread used to be nice squared cuts now they're corn muffins about the size of your thumbnail. At my last visit the pizza no longer has pepperoni or sauce just cheese on crust. Croutons are usually crouton crumbs or dust. No more Club crackers. Baked potatoes are about the size of eggs. She is done friends. I doubt they will make it past next year. I understand cutting costs to save the business but that shouldn't mean you have no regard for the presentation of your food. For those of you who are regulars at Souper Salad when was the last time you told a friend I just love _______ at Souper Salad? And last I must say I get a kick out of the ice cream machine when it fires up, it sounds like it's getting ready to blow a hole in the ceiling and launched off somewhere in outer space. Thank you Souper Salad for the wonderful food in the past. RIP. I'm off to Jasons Deli or Sweet Tomatoes.

I've been coming to this resturaunt my entire life. But I won't ever be coming back. Many questionable foods on display and slimy greens of all things. They even started putting up chairs and locking the doors twenty minutes before they actually close, making us feel rushed. I felt disappointed and wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Two stars because...world hunger. I am grateful for this crappy meal.

I miss the one that was near UNM! This location is been around for awhile. You can always tell when the owners is around because the service is more impeccable and the restaurant is clean. However, overall I enjoy going and having a fresh salad plus the tacos are always the best!

Food was fresh today and the staff was efficient and friendly. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no protein on the salad bar. Lots of pastas and baked goods.
