Soo disappointed, again! I didn't have to wait 40 minutes for my meal, burger and onion rings only, I was excited, only to get home to and old burger, dry as heck with brown lettuce, and the onion rings were still masa on inside.. What a real dissapointment! I'm tired of wasting my time and money.. Gonna try the Atrisco location to see if any better.

Great green chili and cheese burgers, seasoned fries along with seasonal milk shakes! They can improve though on making the food a little faster especially when they have like a 5 people just for the kitchen.

I really wanted to like this place. I have never been to a Lotaburger before, but it reminded me of my Uncle's old drive in, so I had high hopes of a good old fashioned hamburger. Boy was I wrong. We ordered a Frito Pie and a combo cheeseburger meal. It took over 20 minutes to get our order and it was horrible. I thought I was getting a double cheeseburger, but it was only one small meat patty. The meat was so overcooked (burned) and dried out that it was difficult to eat. The bun was even burned and crunchy around the edges. The fires were not hot, but served room temperature. You would think after waiting over 20 minutes for the food, it would be perfect and hot, not trash worthy. The Frito Pie was ok, but pretty spicy.
I didn't bother returning this garbage for another burger because I didn't want to wait that long again and I wasn't confident the second time would be any better. Now I feel irritated at their name, it wasn't a lot of burger, it was a very small burger for the price I paid. No, I will not return, nor will I go to another Lotaburger.
