Had a great experience at this shop. Came by to view an Audi that they advertised on Autotrader last week. The car was priced better than any of the other ones in the area so I wanted to see it first. I took my GF with me and she drove it too. Easy to get financed and the same rate as our credit union. In the end, we went with their financing because we wanted to use our CU for a 2nd line of credit to redo our kitchen and baths. We love our Audi, thanks Roadrunner!

Nice and professional, but, like most mechanics, OVERPRICED. They will try to overcharge you, but luckily I know a thing or two about how much it should cost to fix a car, so I personally wouldn't take my car here, unless you like paying $200+ for pretty much nothing. Yes, labor is about $100 an hour, but labor plus parts shouldn't be more than $250 for most issues, they will charge you about $200 plus the average amount of labor and parts, so beware, guys. Shop around.

Wow, I'll be coming here for all my future auto repairs (or even simple oil changes). Great mechanics and they didn't try to pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need (which is all too common these days). They were very honest and took care of the work in the same day. Thanks!!
