I took a class with James, the owner of Rezultz and it was fantastic. Can you say ENERGY? I've been an athlete my whole life and always stuck to a work out regimen, so I didn't really expect to be challenged in a new way...Boy was I wrong. James is a personal trainer, motivator, coach, and partner all in one. The enthusiasm he brings day in and day out is unmatched in my experience. After my first meeting with him I knew I needed to enlist him as my go-to personal trainer--so I did--and I've never regretted it. Jame's has a fresh perspective and encouraging attitude that is tremendously rare, I only wish I had time for more training session with him. If you're looking to take a fitness class, boot camp or find a personal trainer in Albany, he's your man.
