Dr. Jonathan Berg is a medicaid snob. I was told by another physician in the practice to see him through urgent care until my 1st intake appt to continue on multiple prescriptions. That doctor happened to be on vacation for a week so I tried to see another doctor (Johnathan Berg) for my prescriptions in the meantime. He treated me so low that I cried in the office. He questioned why medicaid would be willing to pay for expensive medications. He told me he would fill them, then when I went to pick them up I found out that he sent in the wrong medications and some were the wrong dosage. When I left messages with the receptionist to fix them, he ignored all requests then put in my care summary that I was pushing him to give me prescriptions he wasn't willing to give. I will be posting my summary along with the recording of my visit with him telling me he would send in the prescription. I recorded it because of the prior encounter I had with him and I'm so glad that I did.
Because of his false notes the receptionist was nasty and refused to give me an appointment with the original physician. He even refused to answer questions I had about the effects of one of the medications I was on, he slouched in the chair and told me that I can ask these questions when I get in with the other doctor. There is no reason that a person like this should be in the healthcare field. I ended up in the emergency room after a car accident due to dizziness and severe migraines because I dropped off of 5 medications at once. Normally I don't write bad reviews but I feel like people should be aware of him prior to their visit. I did call patient relations and they were unable to do anything about my experience nor was anyone willing to give me advice on what to do in order to not drop off of my meds.
These people know the consequences of stopping the medications I was on and gave 0 care about what would happen to me. Dr. Olin Callaghan is the only one there that cares about the patients and had apologized to me in the past about the front desk always giving me a hard time and even told them in front of me to make sure that I didn't have a hard time getting in or contacting him. This place is overwhelmed and unable to properly care for their patients due to lack of staff causing them to be bitter and unprofessional.

Have visited this facility two or three times (usually Dr. Sung). I feel I have always gotten attentive and appropriate care and follow-up. The front office has always been efficient, and medical treatment excellent (much better than my primary's office and better medical treatment than a lot of my specialists). Highly recommend.

I came Saturday around 930am and there was no wait. The place was much cleaner than I was expecting. They had an X-ray machine so I thought they could handle my issue in house. Turns out they missed a fracture and sprain in my foot. It's a fine place to go to to get a wound cleaned up but do not forget to go somewhere else during normal business hours to double check their work! They doctor was very convincing that I was ok, which I was not.

I give this 4 stars due to wait times. Besides that, saw Anna, she was patient and understanding. Gave me everything I needed to know in a professional manner.

Let me start this by saying that I have MS and have a LOT of contact with medical professionals. I absolutely love my doctors and am extremely grateful to those that work in the healthcare system.
Unfortunately, I recently had the misfortune of going to St. Peter's Urgent Care in Troy where I dealt with an RN by the name of Ann. She was incredibly rude and was blaming my laryngitis on my MS. Turns out it was strep.
To make matters worse, she prescribed me an antibiotic that interacted with another med and caused a heart issue. She was TOLD by the pharmacist and ignored it. The pharmacist would not fill it without me clearing it with the doctor (who is actually an RN).
When I called, I informed her that I had a heart issue and was concerned. She responded by VERY rudely telling me she had 5 patients and had no time to talk and that I would not be on the medicine long enough to have an effect. She was wrong. I am posting this in the hopes that it can spare someone else this experience.
