Would give the place a 0 if I could. Arrived with excuciating mouth pain that has been going on for hours before I even came, and was sent to the ER. A nurse came in and asked the usual questions and she was the only kind staff I encountered that whole night. She said the doctor would be in shortly. But 4 hours she comes in. While I sat in excruciating pain for 4 hours helpless, since all 3 of the nurces that I told i was in extreme pain addressed me rudley and told me theres people ahead of me and that I am being ridiculous. Once the doctor finally came in and prescibed my pain meds, the nurses took another hour to get my meds to me, even though i should have got them as soon as the doctor prescibed it, but the nurces kept insisting that she did not prescibe it and I would have to wait until she did so. Even though they were literally just prescribed. I will not be coming back here again.

Awful. Absolutely abysmal treatment of patients. Nurses actually went out of their way to perform unnecessary and highly painful procedures in the dark of night. Since I was constipated due to the mind-numbing painkillers they administered, the genius nurses decided to stick a plastic tube down my throat (gastric lavage) to see if there was some sort of obstruction. All these imbeciles managed to do was inflict pain and nearly choke me to death. They also forced me to pay for transportation to a rehab facility because a holiday weekend was coming up and allegedly none of the regular transport providers that my insurance would cover were available. Avoid this dreadful hospital at all costs!

Horrific!!!! Went to the ER where I was ignored for hours (7). Was discharged and told to return if symptoms worsened.....halfway home I started convulsing so we turned the car around. They couldn't figure out the paperwork and when they finally did and I was brought back in, the ER Doctor told me they were busy and it would be hours before "They could deal with me". This, as I was in such bad shape I could hardly walk and needed help to the restroom. It took another 6-7 hours before I received ANY care. Very very few compassionate people working there and mostly, they act like they are doing you a favor even speaking to you. Do not go to this hospital!

I received a link from St Peter's to complete the paperwork ahead of time. I took the time to complete the process but this was a complete waste of time. I arrived for my appointment and none of the stuff was updated. Had to make all the changes again and fill in all the blanks. So much for security and competing paperwork prior. Get it fixed.
