Don't think they even deserve 1 star!! Paid for consultation and medication and asked to bring my dog back a week later for a follow-up check which was free. Did this, was in & out in 2 minutes. Three months later I received an email saying I owe £20! On querying this I was told it was the charge for the follow up appointment. I informed them that the vet said it was free but was told she had put on the consultation I was aware that the follow-up visit would be charged for. This is total fabrication and obviously just a way of getting more money from the customer who has already paid extortionate prices. I have several pets and will definitely not be using this vets again.

Changed to a different vet as Vets4Pets do not have a small animal + exotic specialist. I didn't know this yet (as they didnt tell me) they still asked me to bring my hamster in and diagnosed her and medicated her with the wrong illness for 3 months before she developed a tumor. I quickly moved to another vets who told me she never had ringworm (like vets4pets told me) and that is was a serious skin condition. Glad I left to get my pet to the right Vet. The staff here are very friendly don't get me wrong, but my experience has not been pleasant as I feel I have wasted money and time.

Vets4Pets were absolutely wonderful with us when we took our very old bunny to be put down last Sunday evening. We were not rushed at any point and the staff were very kind. They gave us as much time as we needed even though it was late at night and we were not one of their regular patients. Highly recommended.
