Very good,my Staffordshire Bull Terrier,torn his claw taken him down to vets straight away,they were really good with him now he back on mend

True animal people! Vets and nurses are so friendly and informative. My pup doesnt get scared and actually enjoys the trip.

I have to say this vet practice is the only one I will ever go to for any of my animals! They are friendly, professional, reassuring and generally just wow! I have to give a huge personal thank you to Jackie the small pets and exotic specialist who helped my little hamster pull through an operation. She was so knowledgeable and let me know all factors of what would happen during. She was so lovely to myself and my little hammie which was reassuring both of us. I cannot thank this vet practice enough!

After leaving unhappy with Tower vets on the last few occasions, i decided to look online at reviews for other vets in York, Mister came out highly on other reviews so i thought i would try call, they not only managed to get my 2 cats records the same day but also fit an appointment in a few hours later for my poor limpy cat and grumpy old man cat. The vet Ruth was very professional, friendly and caring and really spent time checking over both my lovely cat babies, she was great. All the receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, really sweet ladies. The building is very clean and modern and they offer weekend appointments and late nights for fantastic flexibility. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to swap, thanks from me and the cats :-)
