It is always an excellent massage. The room is quiet, peaceful, has a lovely atmosphere with the sweet smell of aromatic oils and relaxing music playing in the background. Ben is very professional, caring, listens carefully to what you want to gain out of the massage and the session is never rushed. I would highly recommend going to visit Ben at Blue Frog Therapies as it will the best massage experience you have ever had!

The therapy sessions I've had at Blue Frog Therapies have been fantastic; they're incredibly relaxing and also very beneficial, both physically and mentally. Ben really tailors each session to make sure I'm getting the most out of it and I always leave feeling brilliant.
I look forward to spending a couple of hours there every few weeks and see it more and more as a place for both physical and mental wellness as well as somewhere to become totally relaxed.

Without a doubt the best massage I've ever had. Ben listens to what you need and tailors the treatment around you making for a personal experience. He takes his time to listen and understand before using his extensive knowledge of massage and other holistic techniques to unwind your physical aches and pains while you relax into a caring, healing environment.
