Terrible place. Won't accept scottish notes. Will NEVER be her again. I wouldn't waste your time going to this place.

Busy lunch time and only 2 members staff on.
Tables covers in muck. Crumbs and alsorts from previous customers.
No cookies or hot drinks or meatballs.
Part way though sandwich noticed bread on bottom wasn't cooked. Was raw. Could be remounted into another roll. When staff questioned they said it was cooked and was like that due to fault with oven. Door not quite closing properly. Tuck five minutes explaining how you can't serve uncooked bread to people as it would make them ill before been offered a replacement sandwich which they make some bread specifically for as rest of other batch was also raw on bottom.

Good subway, they had less choice than usual for cup drinks however (e.g. no Ice Tea)

so unsanitary. staffs touch everything - money, phone, everything - with the gloves on, and then make sandwich with the same gloves. I couldn't believe that happened right in front of customers watching. horrible.

It's Subway, so the food is the same as every Subway. However, I'm consistently disappointed with the service I get from this particular restaurant.
There are a few specific issues I have. First is attitude. Every single time I go in here, the member(s) of staff on duty seem completely uninterested in serving me. If there's only one person working, they are dismissive and grumpy. If there are multiple staff working, they would rather talk to each other about stuff I can't engage with, which alienates me as the customer. They also use inappropriate language, which is straight up unacceptable.
The second issue is understaffing. I have a regular time I go here every week due to the way it fits in with the other stuff I have to do, and there is always just one member of staff working. This causes huge issues if there's a queue, and I have frequently queued upwards of 15 minutes here.
Understaffing also means that the actual making of the food is either too slow or too rushed. If it's rushed, the sandwich can be poorly constructed and fall apart as I try to eat it.
This issue is amplified by what seems to be constant equipment failure. Their till has stopped working during multiple visits I've made, which slows down the ordering process drastically.
As far as the food itself goes (excepting the occasional poor construction) it's mostly fine, but today I noticed that a lot of the salad items had been mixed up in their containers. This isn't fantastic if you don't like something, and is worse if you're allergic.
It's disappointing because almost every other Subway I visit has been absolutely great. This one is just understaffed, and the staff who do work don't appear to care about their customers. Very poor.
