Good for some cheapish food, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff, have been a good few times never had a bad experience.

Went as a group of four three steaks and a mixed grill all were excellent. We also had puddings and really enjoyed them. Nice friendly staff

Avoid like the plague , where shall I start... Well first off our room wasn't ready and there wasn't enough towels. The receptionist said "go enjoy your meal and I'll sort it" chance would be a good thing. Bare in mind that the restaurant serves until 22.00 and we arrived at 21.00 to be told the restaurant is now closed and stuffed us in the over crowed bar area right by the door and toilets. We waited for 20mins before someone said to order at the bar because waitresses don't serve in the bar. We ordered and the starters came out quick, we're cold and not much of them. They took the plates and 20mins later we still don't have our mains... Terrible service, poor food and the managers are more useless than a chocolate teapot! So the mains came out and they were nothing more than a supermarket microwave meal. They brought no cutlery and told us to get up and get our own, from start to finish a total shambles. I stay away at Premier Inns all the time with work, this is my 3rd this week and u can a sure you it's the worst run one I've been in by far. Fingers crossed the one I'm in tomorrow is better than this or I'm going to close my business account and try anther chain of hotels and restaurants.

Outstanding service and staff!
Stayed in the hotel next door on business and ate here every night. Very warm and friendly staff and the food was amazing!!! The Tomahawk steak is the best thing I have ever eaten in my life.
The manager Tallia and her staff work tirelessly and go the extra mile to ensure all customers are accommodated and looked after.
I'll certainly be back.

Went in for tea on a reasonably quiet Tuesday teatime. Smothered chicken lovely, paprika chicken and plain burger likewise very tasty. Portions weren't huge, but we're good value using the 40% off voucher.
Sean the waiter was a star. Very courteous and with an uncanny ability to remember the whole order, starters mains and drinks without writing anything down.
The whole restaurant felt warm and welcoming which is impressive given the size of the place.
