think it is really bad that york branch does not do padder shoes anymore not everyone does shopping on line especially elderly people woman in shop not bothered so much for customer service

My experience of the lack of customer care at the Taverham branch in Norwich was disgusting. The Manager, Clare, was downright rude in front of members of the public in the store. She needs further training in customer care skills I'm afraid.
