very mixed feelings about fenwicks in york i have been shopping in there since the mid nineties.sometimes you go in and some staff cant help you enough , other times you go in and they are standing around in groups banging on about rubbish and will straight ignore you. yes its funny that , as the review below i go to browns more now too. i just dont care about being loyal to fenwicks and other ignorant shops no more. have some respect to those that pay your wages . iam suprised its still open in the retail battle of today.

Nice shop..well apart from the three shop assistant's whom work in the linen department...To busy taking about there night out ..to help ..when asked if they could help..we were ignored.. never again..
