Very popular, good selection of merchandise, friendly and helpful staff.
It has a kids video Jukebox with no charge to use.

I love Disney and this shop is a decent size! I never leave without something and wanting many more! Just wish the kids clothes weren't so pricey. They always have something on sale too!

My daughter in heaven.... She is 13 and can not get enough of this shop.... If you are from a euro zone great place to shop in sterling.... Much cheaper than in euro zones.....

Kid's love it. Every trip to York involves a quick detour to the Disney store. Staff always friendly and helpful. Can get very busy though.
