This is an adults only site. The pitches are kept to a high standard, both hardstanding and grass. The toilet block is one of the best I've ever used. There are 8 very large shower rooms with walk in showers and heating plus 2 showers in the ladies and 2 in the gents.
Also a laundry.
A beautiful pond with ducks and moorhens sits well in the centre of the park.
The bus into York stops right outside the entrance and costs £3.70 return.
Last bus back is around 23:00

A big thank you to Andrew for borrowing me 10 pound till I got to york (I did pay him back) brilliant site. very clean site. very helpful staff would recommend this site to anybody wishing to visit york .bus stop over the road .Will definitely be going back there .thx again

Exactly what I wanted when I booked. A peaceful location, very generous sized pitches well laid out shower and toilet facilities. Well maintained and very helpful staff when we decided last minute to stay on for another day because we were enjoying the break.

A nice little site. Really big pitches, site immaculately maintained, facilities amazing - modern, clean, with individual showers and shower rooms ideal for families. Ten minutes from centre of York with bus stop right outside gate.

This is an excellent adult only site made fabulous by the owners / staff and facilities.
The pitches are all divided by hedging and have the electric, water and waste on them. They are flat and a very good size with a pretty lake and ducks in the centre of the site.
The facilities block is immaculate and the ensuite shower, toilet, wash basins are large and lovely.
Buses run every half an hour to take you in and out of York City Centre. (A 10 minute journey).
We enjoyed a great peaceful and relaxing weekend here and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you.
