Atlantic fish bar is very good value for money good fish n chips also plenty of choice on tbe menu great staff very friendly n polite mafe very welcome id recommend them ro anyone that visits weston super mare

This is a popular clean and airy place to stop for lunch. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I was expecting a great fish and chips because this place has a fantastic reputation, but I was slightly disappointed. The cod is an excellent thick fillet, but there was too much batter on the fish for me, which is down to personal taste. However, the chips were surprisingly poor. They had been cooked and kept warm, consequently they were hard and dehydrated when served. I personally would rather wait a little longer for freshly cooked chips to enjoy them.
Pricing is reasonable and there are offers for OAPs.

Quick service. The fish and chips were excellent. I don't think I will find better f&c so I won't bother looking elsewhere. Outstanding nosh!
