TERRIBLE SERVICE
I registered in September 2016 as a NHS Patient . Following the closure of my dentist.
However the check up lasted 5 min rushed thru and my teeth was not cleaned. On the 13th April again very rushed no care to detail teeth not cleaned On the 19th June attended with chipped tooth at no point was i given advice or an option and the tooth was removed.
Today i have had a 2nd opinion by another dentist and been informed my teeth needed scaling and polishing. I should of been offered alternative options before the tooth was extracted.
I am now taking this issue further with the evidence i have been given
