Incompetent
We have lodged our cat her over the last two years. Every time we have had concerns about the competence of the staff and the safety of our cat. Following our last experience we have decided that we will be working with other catteries in the future due to the behaviour of the staff here.

I have known Wayne and Olga for over twenty years and I know how much they adore and care for their guests. The cattery is spotlessly clean and the cats are looked after scrupulously. I visit Catnap weekly and always look forward to seeing the visitors, happy and content in their houses. Long may it continue.

Lost our cat while we were on holiday. Upon our arrival at the cattery they refused to help us look for her. They just wanted to sweep it under the carpet and dismiss the matter, instead of doing the right thing by trying to help us find our missing cat. Unfortunately for them £500 could not buy our silence and our cat remains missing to this day.

We boarded our Norwegian Forest who had a very contented stay. Clean pens with outdoor space. We'll use Catnap again
