Very ironic that a place you are supposed to relax in has a very stressed receptionist. A pushy sales pitch to buy their own products which made her sound very desperate. I don't need such a heavy sell in a spa. This is not what people go there for, at the end of the day your spa is not a bazaar - please learn the difference.

Fantastic place to relax. You feel you're on holiday once you're inside.

Lovely relaxing setting, had good swim before my massage and facial and came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Definitely recommend a morning/afternoon of 'me' time.

Very unorganised. Arrived at Spa, had to wait ages for receptionist, to be redirected to hotel up the road for lunch. Chicken on rocket is not on a salad. Back to Spa, swim, jacuzzi, then supposed to be collected at 2.55 for treatments. Girl came at 3.15. Had facial and neck and shoulder massage which was OK. Back to sauna then swim. Tea on side was cold presumably as it had been there all day. Nice afternoon but not very restful and not enough loungers for the number of people there.

Steam room, sauna, salt-water pool. Staff know how to do a good massage, definitely not just a nice back-rub.
