My mum had her acupunture and cupping therapy with Lily for 4 sessions. She felt much better and had a big relief of the pain on her knees and shoulders. thanks for the tranditional treatment and thank for Dr. Lily.

I have been going to Dr Lily for nearly a year now, she always looks after me well and adapts to my needs. She has been helping me reducing my migraines with acupuncture, or when I dont feel great with cupping. Her prices are reasonable and she always takes her time to look after me, my appointments never feel rushed. She was recommended to me by many people in Tunbridge Wells who went to her and had good results, and I am glad I listened to them. I have been recommended her since, and both my mother and mother-in-law are also returning customers and pleased.

Gave my husband serious blisters by leaving needles in too long and left him uncomfortable for 1 hour 20 minutes while she serviced two other clients. He had to remove needles and cups himself as Lily was negligent. He came home in pain, stressed and with high blood pressure. Her child was sitting in the entrance hall in tears unattended. Very sad.
