It seemed like they didnt have a clue what they were talking about also waited ages to be seen to by the vet, even though i explained i had to go soon for an appointment they still asked me to wait and it wouldnt be long, but i was in the for 1 hour and a half

Vets services top notch but heck can you get thorough to them on the phone. It's a most in possible. Phone never seem to ring when I'm in the vets so how come you can't get though to them.

They concentrate on repeatedly telling u infront of the whole world how much they are doing you a favour and may aswell put an advert in the news with your donation in to try put ppl down and forcing them to pay what they don't have or shaming them ridiculous

I wouldn't be able to keep my two elderly dogs (with chronic illnesses) if it wasn't for this fantastic place! Vet bills are difficult to pay for when in full time work never mind if your unemployed and on very little money.Yes,it does take along time to get through on the phone BUT they have a lot of people and animals to help so I can't begrudge them for that. I'm very grateful for there help because if it wasn't for them there's no way I could afford my dogs medication and would have to put them into a shelter.
