Good terrible. Chips with no taste. Quiche raw on base. Second one same. One of the worst meals we have had. Been to numerous Brewers Fayres but this one has just served a despicable meal. Complaint made to waitress and would have expected a manager to follow up. Obviously they don't give a damn. Will not be coming back again.

Waited 20 minutes for dessert to arrive (one order of 3 mini donuts) and had to leave for an appointment in the end. Had my 79p refunded with no quibble but that’s hardly the point for a disappointed child.

Good food served promptly. Amy at the bar is a little ray of sunshine. Friendly and engaging. Very good service from all the restaurant staff and hotel staff.

Wish I'd seen the reviews first...
Exactly the same experience as others, over 45 minute wait for food and then it's overcooked and average at best.
At least they had strawberry pepsi :)

Had a 2-4-1 leaflet pop through door so decided to give it a try. Nice large place and our mixed grill was ready in about 15 minutes and looked great. When ordering we were asked how we would like the steak and asked for medium. It was quite tough to cut and equally hard to chew. The manager told us that is was because we had ordered medium and rump should be ordered medium-well. A bit of Internet research afterwards suggests this is incorrect. We were offered a free desert to compensate for the steak which was a generous gesture but declined as the mixed grill was quite filling
