Lacks intelligence when comes to valuing items and also not many turn up to auction. But then again last time I went they only had a few washing machines for sale

Took a number of items for valuation. No appointment was required. Valuer was very knowledgeable and professional. Entered items into auction
Was kept fully updated regarding the sale of the items from cataloguing through to the sale. Received a cheque a couple of weeks later. All round excellent professional service which I would not hesitate to recommend.

This auction house has provided the very best in service, civility and customer service. We purchased one lot which was promptly and efficiently dispatched and it all arrived safely. When many auction houses are now charging upwards of 25% commission and wince and moan about posting items, this auction house offered nothing but help and assistance. The best thing was we paid for the postage and it arrived 2 days later. Well done and we would recommend you to anyone, we were delighted with all aspects of the service you provided and your efficiency.
