Ordered at taxi and it arrived, everything fine. Until the owner rang me up and started yelling at me down the phone because they had made a mistake and sent two taxis out. No apology when i explained, they just blamed me and said id ordered two taxis from different companies. Im not an idiot, I checked the taxi before letting my elderly Nan get into it and there was a sign on the side saying Express taxis. Terrible costumer service!

I'm a regular customer of express.all drivers are very nice but 1 guy call khalid as he said who took me today from g casino..I never seen a rude guy in my life like him.I'll never use express again.and my suggestion to yu guys kick him off or yu going to lose more customers and I can bet on it

Terrible service
Firstly are taxi got taken and being a fellow taxi driver You should check you've got the right fare not just take any
2nd they said they will send another taxi straight away
3rd we phone again after 20 minutes and they said we are now sending it!! Really your sending it again!!!
4th the driver drives like he was going round the track at brands hatch
So err never again !!

Only gave one star so I could add a review. Given the option, Id choose no stars. Absolutely shocking taxi service - no concept of time. Turned up 15 mins late (cant be that difficult at 8.30am on a Thursday morning!), with a text to say my taxi had arrived a full 4 mins before he showed up. When actually in the taxi, the driver clearly didn't know where he was going to get off my estate. Useless!!!
