Used this gym for over a year now. Been happy with the facilities, staff and classes. Frequently use the cafe as well.

Best health club in sheffield! Joined with my family because we lived in the area, I was very suprised we had something like this in sheffield!!

So they claim they are the best gym of 2007? Hah, if that is true then oh how the mighty have fallen.
Yes their facilities are nice, and trainers helpful, but they will never let you leave.
I had to move away from Sheffield due to work related reasons and so tried to cancle my account, and I was now undable to use it. The have consistantly ignored my requests, and harrased me for money every month, even threatening to take legal action if I didnt pay the money I (dont) owe them.
It was perhaps only a month ago now that they actually recognised I changed address, and so I got a massive stream of their promotional offer junk mail pour through my letter box, even though they know they dont have a gym anywhere near me (not that I would go back if they did).
So unless you are sure you are going to be in close proximity to their gyms for the rest of your entire family lines existance, then expect them to attempt to bleed you dry, then scavenge your drained husk.
