A good gym with excellent facilities. The only trouble is that it's sometimes hard to park especially after work.

I have been member of this gym more than a year. I have never got any problem with any thing. When ever I need any information and help the staff has always been very helpful. If their is any upgrade in gym all details about the update was given in advance and the update was completed on time as well. I am very pleased with this gym

Great gym but crowded pool and terrible Jacuzzi area. I am only in Sheffield for 6 months so I'll stick with it but if I were living here permanently, I wouldn't join this gym.
Really like the gym, can always get a machine even when it's busy, people are nice and considerate, it's clean, everything works, very happy with it.
Generally, the building is way to crowded. The changing rooms can be a bit challenging at times.
I haven't used the pool since the first week I joined. It's always busy and I can't relax when I swim there as you are constantly having to dodge people. They also section off some of the pool for swimming lessons, which they really haven't got room for, considering how crowded it is. So that's a shame as I am paying for a pool that I don't use, and the pool is usually my favourite bit.
My biggest gripe is the Jacuzzi area, which looks fancy but is actually rubbish. The water is cold, so I don't go in after a workout because my muscles cramp up. Also it is on some weird auto timer. The bubbles go on for about a minute in one area, then they go off and come on in a different area, so everyone chases them round the pool, then they turn off and don't come on again for ages. So that is your lot. This is a major disappointment because the Jacuzzi is something that you can't get anywhere else and something I used to look forward to from a gym. But this one is cold and dark and there are no bubbles. Rubbish.
The steam room is OK but it's just steam. It would be better with eucalyptus or tea-tree in there, as I have seen in other gyms, which refreshes you. The saunas are good. The showers are good (hot, and stay on for as long as you want).
So if you only want a gym, this one is perfect for you. But if you want a pool and relaxing Jacuzzi treat, I would go somewhere else.
