Generally a nice hotel , however there are issues with the restaurant, I arrive for dinner at 0945 pm they stop serving food at 10pm , I order lamb shoulder told can't have it because the grills have been switched off ? So I said well it's not quite 10pm tell the chef to switch it back on , then told he would have binned all the gravy ! I then settled for a burger which the chef couldn't do medium rare due to hotel policy , fair enough however I've never heard this from any other Hilton before , plus a few days previous at the same hotel i ordered a Rib eye steak to be cooked rare , had to send it back as it was simply rubbery and fatty , however they were good enoigh not to charge me for it
Thought after eating my well done burger I'd order a desert , told I can't as the chef has gone home !!
Absolute disgraceful service , I utilise this hotel a lot, I will simply have to eat out before arrival next time

I want to two wedding here I found the place to be ok. The food was amazing, as well the staff were nice and friendly. However during one of the events they ran out of a certain types of alcohol that everyone was ordering. But other than that everything was ok.
For the rooms I have not stay it them but see them and I can say there's is not much to be expected. As I have stay in better hotels for similar prices. But my family members have stay in the hotel and enjoy their stay.
Overall good hotel but not wroth the money in my opinion.

I attended an event here and I was overwhelmed with the attention to detail. The food was excellent. The staff were polite and attentive. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere. I didn't actually stay in any of the rooms or overnight so I can't comment on regards to that. It was easy located in Sheffield with good signage. I really enjoyed my exeperiance at Hilton hotel.

I didn't actually stay in any of the rooms or overnight so I can't comment on regards to that. It was easy located in Sheffield with good signage. I really enjoyed my exeperiance at Hilton hotel.

Good egg Station at breakfast!
A Chef called John whisked the eggs and made a top notch omelette for me in front of my eyes. This is a reason for coming here. I enjoyed my stay.

Another horrible Hilton Property. Avoid if you can. I felt like being in a hostel room. Pathetic service. Dated rooms and facilities.
I would have honestly given a 2 rating but it seems the overall rating of 4.2 is overhyped and my rating of 1 star is give in an attempt to normalize the rating.
I'm a frequent business traveller and I'm seriously considering to completely avoid Hilton stays. I opted for this hotel deceived by the hyped reviews and the fact that this hotel was the one closest to my conference venue.
Strongly recommend you avoid this hotel if you have an option to do so.
