Incredibly slow delivery. Have ordered online twice recently and had to ring to chase up as it’s always late. Orders generally arrive between 1.5-2 hours after the order has been placed. Not good enough really as other takeaways we’ve used usually deliver within 30 mins of ordering. Food ok but very disappointing delivery service.

Don't bother ordering a delivery from paprikas, a 2 hour wait when we live only 3 minutes away. I was told all the deliveries had been send out. I'm still waiting another 30 minutes later.

I've used Paprika's dozens of times. The quality has been consistently high and, when I've ordered a delivery (rather than picking up in person), It's always been delivered a good 10 mins before the time specified.

Going by others reviews, it seems some haven't been so lucky but I've never had a problem.

Horrendous. Takes my money off just eat... Doesn't deliver but the app says it is delivered. Worse they won't answer the phone and tried now for 90 minutes
