Transforming! Having had a number of careers I have worn away any tissue between my knees resulting in walking downstairs needing to hold the handrail (far too young). Having danced for 17 of those years I put it down to the abuse I gave my body and the 12 years of running prior to that. Dancers live with pain so I just carried on. 7 years ago it took me over 3 and a half hours to descend from halfway up Snowdon with sticks and knee supports (aadn a large amount of bad language).
After doing pilates at Katie's, with some sports massage for shoulder, I am now starting to go walking once a month around 7 miles. I even jogged for the first time in about 20 years in last weeks conditioning class.

The most incredible Physio I have been too. As an athlete in my early years i have been plagued by injuries and on-going issue. Katie and her team sorted everything out 1 by 1 to get me back to full fitness. With a combination of physio, massage, acupuncture and pilates I feel stronger, fitter and most importantly more comfortable now than i have for at least 5 years.
Couldn't recommend Katie and her team more.

I suffer from chronic arthritis in my spine and joined Katie's Pilates class for blokes in order to improve my mobility and flexibility. I tried a few Pilates classes before attending Katie's and I can honestly say that Katie's classes are by far the best. Every session focuses on something different and Katie obviously puts a great deal of thought and preparation in every class. I know that even just attending Katie's Pilates class once a week has helped to improve my quality of life massively.

After breaking my leg playing rugby in March 2014, Katie Bell was instrumental in helping me recover and get back to walking and running.
