I started attending Monica's yoga class about 6 months ago as a way of managing residual back pain from a slipped disc. Her sessions have really helped me keep on top of this pain and I feel amazingly relaxed after each class.
I would recommend her classes to everyone :)

Each session is very well thought out and planned. Monica really works hard to make sure everyone has the best experience and gets the most out of the class.

Challenging but safe and intelligent yoga classes. Monica is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and alignment and can suggest alternative ways of getting the benefits of the poses for those with injuries or lack of flexibility. She keeps the classes fresh by introducing new ways of approaching the practice and injecting moments of levity. I definitely feel the benefits after every session - its great for creating a sense of space in the body - and there is always more to learn.

Monica is the best yoga instructor that I have worked with. I am totally confident in her knowledge so trust her implicitly and she always makes our time fun. Highly recommend her :D

Zag Yoga classes are always excellent, challenging and enjoyable. The atmosphere is always friendly but professional. Monica has a wealth of experience in teaching at different levels from beginner to high level athlete and manages to make everyone feel welcome. I fully recommend Zag Yoga classes as a great way to improve flexibility, fitness and unwind.
