Dreadful place. I was there back in around 2012 and was given NO help. I attended every couple of weeks and all that happened was I was asked how things were going. I was then given a new appointment letter.
THIS WENT ON FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS!
I was sick & tired of this so I told my advisor that when I was on Phase 1 of the Work Programme at Job Net, that I was given an hour of Job Search on computers EACH attendance. To my disgust, he said "I CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEM. WE HAVEN'T GOT THERE RESOURCES FOR THAT." Well, I was furious at this. After all, they were given a contract to help us into work. You CANNOT do that if they would NOT allow us to use computers to do Job Search.
I wrote a letter to them and I told them that every time I attended that I would seat myself at a computer and that I WOULD do an hour of Job search, and that if they objected they could get the police to remove me. I added that they would look pretty foolish if I ended up in court and that I then told the courts that ALL I wanted was Job search.
On my next attendance I was asked if I wished to attend "weekly" and to do at least an hour of Job Search. I naturally agreed.
I later found out from friends who had been attending at the SAME time as me (although our paths did not cross at THAT time) but whose time expired BEFORE me that there had been NO Job Search at all prior to my complaint. They also confirmed that THEIR Job Search began at the same time that "I" demanded Job search. COINCIDENCE? YOU DECIDE!
I allege that they were simply trying to get money-for-nothing and not helping people into work. It was certainly MY experience. After all, isn't it convenient that when "I" demanded Job Search, my friends were ALSO then given Job search. And they will attest to this.
I allege that they would simply did not want to spend money and were trying to do things on the cheap. They did not even have a telephone for us to ring employers, and on ONE occasion my advisor let me use HIS phone at his desk. Whilst I was on the phone, staff began shouting and making lots of noise that it made the conversation impossible.
When I complained, they then used to give us a mobile to take into the other room.
Turns out that this was a data breach as this was - from my understanding - the SAME telephone that people would text to The Source. However, the use of this telephone was offered MANY times until one day that I was told that it was a data breach to allow us to use it any more. CLEARLY THEY HAD REALISED THEY WERE BREACHING DATA PROTECTION. In fact, it had dawned on ME at around the SAME time and I was about to mention it, but they pre-empted me.
They then installed a telephone line in the other room.
I allege that "I" made them spend money whilst I attended. This went from offering the use of computers for Job Search to the installation of a telephone line.
I am baffled how they got away with it for so long.
MY OPINION IS, ONE OF THE WORST TRAINING PROVIDERS EVER.
I HOPE OUR PATHS NEVER CROSS AGAIN! I WOULD INDEED REFUSE TO GO BACK! GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU!

I ought to add that MY experience was around 2012. Maybe they learned from this and they realised that they HAD to then offer a service, and maybe they are STILL offering a service. Extremely good all round service round outside not very safe traffic lights seem to be there for pure decoration for some litterallly to the point of need some serious addressing
