My son was admitted through A&E after he was attacked by a dog, he was seen within 2 minutes of arriving and taken straight through for treatment and was having surgery 3 hours later, the staff have all been amazing. I wish my local hospital was as good as this

We came to emergency with our 12 days old daughter and it took them over 3 hours to get a doctor to see us. What is the point of emergency unit if patient needs to wait that long. On top of it, incompetent doctors couldn't help much to improve either. I don't know abt other departments in here, but emergency is just waste of time.

Amazing hospital!!! Been here myself when I was a child now I bring my children. Memorys treatment and staff are great could do with a car park or a cut on price round the area but eh thats not the hospitals fault

We've recently been here for an operation on our daughters hips, throughout the entire thing everyone has been beyond perfect, from the porters, through the nurses to the consultants and doctors, they all explain things perfectly and interact amazingly with the children too, not a single bad thing can be said about what (let's be honest) must be a horrible place to work at times.
The revamps being done at the moment are bringing in new things to the hospital bringing it to modern standards, a nice cafe downstairs, restaurant in the middle only a short walk from the wards and enough things nearby to distract you if needed.
